Terms and Condition
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the racing simulator equipment and software, including any updates or modifications thereto (collectively, the “Simulator”), provided by N90S GRID. (“Provider”). By using the Simulator, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you may not use the Simulator.
User Obligations: 1.1. You agree to use the Simulator in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and this Agreement. 1.2. You shall not use the Simulator in a manner that may infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others or violate any third-party rights. 1.3. You shall not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the proper functioning of the Simulator or its associated servers. 1.4. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to promptly update such information to ensure its accuracy.
Intellectual Property: 2.1. The Simulator, including all content and materials provided therein, is protected by intellectual property laws and is the exclusive property of Provider or its licensors. 2.2. You shall not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices displayed in the Simulator. 2.3. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Simulator may be used by Provider without any obligation to compensate you or maintain confidentiality.
Privacy: 3.1. Provider collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. 3.2. By using the Simulator, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability: 4.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Provider and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Simulator. 4.2. Provider does not warrant that the Simulator will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Termination: 5.1. Provider may terminate this Agreement and your access to the Simulator at any time, without notice, for any reason or no reason. 5.2. Upon termination, all access granted to you under this Agreement shall immediately cease, and you must cease all use of the Simulator.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: 6.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Manitoba. 6.2. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The City of Winnipeg.
General Provisions: 7.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Provider regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and communications. 7.2. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. 7.3. The failure of Provider to enforce any right or provision.
N90s Grid Booking Policies
- Cancellation Window
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking session to avoid any fees.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a fee.
Fees for Late Cancellations
- A 50% charge will apply to cancellations made within 12 hours of the booking session.
No-Show Policy
- No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee.
Rescheduling Policy
- Clients are allowed to reschedule their booking session if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
Refund Policy
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.

At N90s Grid, we aim to provide quality products and great service. Please review our return policy before making a purchase. By shopping with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Diecast Cars – Final Sale
All diecast car sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for these items.
Merchandise – Return Policy
We accept returns on merchandise under the following conditions:
– No exchanges will be processed.
– Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving the product.
– The items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached.
– Any items with signs of wear, damage, or missing tags will not be eligible for a return.
Incorrect or Damaged Products
If you received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us immediately:
– Email us at sales@n90sgrid.ca to process your return.
– All returns for incorrect or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.
– Inspect the package for damage before accepting it from the carrier. **Do not install or use any damaged products.
Important Return Conditions
– The customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
– Items purchased on sale or discounted cannot be returned.
– A restocking fee may apply in certain cases, and you will be notified during the return process.
– All products must include the original packaging and any accessories that came with the item.
– We reserve the right to decline any return that doesn’t meet our conditions or shows signs of misuse, negligence, or damage caused by external conditions (e.g., weather, accidents).
Shipping Costs and Process
– If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping charges.
– Please contact us at sales@n90sgrid.ca before shipping the product back. Our team will assist you with the return process.
– All shipping fees related to returns will be deducted from your refund if the product leaves our facility, unless it is due to an error on our part.
