Booking Process:  

• We do recommend coming by the shop also to speak with us in person and give a proper tour of the lounge area.
• A minimum of 1 month’s notice is required for all bookings. (Note: For bookings made within 2 weeks of the event, a FULL payment is required.) . 
• To confirm your booking, a non-refundable down payment of 50% is required at the time of booking. The down payment will be deducted from the total booking cost.  
• The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event date. (Note: If additional time is needed, please contact us.)
